Food Pantry

The Food Pantry is open every Thursday morning. An average of 300 households are served each week, mostly working families struggling to make ends meet. We distribute thousands of pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables, which we buy at the Good Shepherd Food Bank. We also distribute 3,000 diapers every month – 18 per family to more than 160 families. Donations of canned goods and diapers are always needed and appreciated.

Children’s books and toys are also distributed when they are donated. The Good Shepherd Food Bank food mobile does an outdoor distribution every summer. The pantry opens at 7:45 and closes at noon. Patrons can receive food every week and diapers once a month (come in early, they go quick!). To sign up please bring proof of address.

Sponsor a Meal

Give the gift of food. Sponsor a day, week, or even a month of meals in the soup kitchen. Pick your date and receive an invite to help serve and a report on your day. Great gift idea!
